The Road Asks Nothing
It is good to have an end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matters, in the end.
Most of us live backward, eyes fixed on arrival. We miss the texture of the path itself. This morning, notice what happens when you stop treating the hours as a bridge to somewhere else. A conversation becomes interesting not because it leads anywhere, but because you are in it. A walk has weight not when you reach the destination, but in the weight of each step. The real work is the softening that happens when you stop rushing through your own life.
Question for today
What am I doing this morning that I am rushing through, instead of doing it?
Practice
Choose one small task. Do it slowly. Notice one detail you usually miss.
