Wait for Clarity
Do you have the patience to wait till your mud settles and the water is clear?
Clarity is not forced. When you stir the bottom, seeking answers, you only cloud what you need to see. The mud is real; so is the waiting. Patience here is not passive resignation but active restraint, a hand held still. This morning, before you speak or decide or reach for your phone, notice what wants to settle in you. One small thing. Not the grand question. Just: what is true right now, without my stirring?
Question for today
What am I still trying to force that might clear itself if I simply waited?
Practice
Sit still for one minute without checking time. Let one worry surface and fall, surface and fall, like sediment finding the bottom.
