The Gift Before the Story
May you experience each day as a sacred gift woven around the heart of wonder.
Wonder is not earned or summoned. It arrives when you stop arguing with what is in front of you. This morning, that might be the ordinary weight of your body in a chair, or the specific temperature of air on your face. The gift is not some grand revelation; it is the permission to meet the day without first deciding what it means. Before you name it good or hard, before you plan, there is a moment of simple arrival. That moment is sacred because nothing in it requires your approval.
Question for today
What one small thing are you meeting for the first time right now?
Practice
Before your first task, pause and name one physical sensation you notice without judgment. Say it aloud, slowly.
