The Heart Learns by Feeling
Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.
Knowledge arrives as a clean fact. The heart arrives as a question without an answer. This morning, notice the difference. Your mind can know that salt air exists; your heart must actually taste it, notice the small shock of it on your tongue. The mind collects information. The heart collects meaning. One builds a library. The other builds a life. What you understand only in your head will leave you. What you feel in your body stays.

Before your first cup of coffee, place your hand on your chest and breathe slowly for one full minute, noticing what your body already knows that your mind has not yet caught up with.
