The Snowflake in Your Hand
Begin doing what you want to do now. We are not living in eternity. We have only this moment, sparkling like a star in our hand, melting like a snowflake.
The snowflake does not prepare to melt. It does not wait for better conditions. Right now, in this moment, your hands are warm enough to hold something that matters. Not tomorrow when you are ready, not when circumstances align. The star in your hand is melting already. What you want to do is not a question for later. It is a question for the next ten minutes.
Question for today
What small thing have you been waiting to begin that you could start before breakfast?
Practice
Write down one thing you want to do today. Then do the first two minutes of it right now, before anything else.
