When Storms Become Color
Clouds come floating into my life, no longer to carry rain or usher storm, but to add color to my sunset sky.
The shift happens quietly. A cloud that once meant trouble, that made you check the forecast, eventually teaches you something else: it can simply be there, doing nothing but existing against the light. This is not optimism. It is noticing what remains after you stop demanding that everything serve your comfort. A storm passes. What's left is still a cloud, but now you see it differently because you've learned to stop bracing.
Question for today
What small difficulty in your day could you stop resisting long enough to actually see?
Practice
Spend one minute with something that usually annoys you, without trying to fix it or look away.
