The Straight Path Through
The best way out is always through.
Avoidance doubles the distance. When we circle around what hurts, we collect more hurt on the way. Frost knew this. Not transcendence or breakthrough. Simply through. One foot, then the other, into the thing itself. Resistance makes the path longer. Acceptance makes it walkable. This morning, notice where you are holding back, waiting for permission to move. The permission is already there. The way through is the way out.
Question for today
What small difficulty are you trying to go around instead of into?
Practice
Name one thing you have been avoiding. Write it in three words. Then take one small step toward it today.
