What Wakes When We Return

Practice resurrection.

Sunrise No. 110

Resurrection is not metaphor. It is the habit of showing up to the same threshold, day after day, and finding something there you thought was gone. A plant you forgot about, still reaching. Your own breath, still moving. What dies in us each night-certainty, momentum, the small fictions we build-requires us to rebuild it. Not by force. By return. By being present to the work of coming back alive, small and ordinary as it is.

Question for today

What in your life asks you to show up and make it real again?

Practice

Name one small thing you abandoned. Spend two minutes with it-a plant, a practice, a conversation-and resume, without commentary or guilt.
