Each Day Starts Fresh
Begin at once to live, and count each separate day as a separate life.
The old mistakes do not carry forward unless you let them. This morning, your hands are new. Your attention is not worn thin by yesterday's worry. Notice how the body knows this, how breath arrives without apology. Seneca means something practical: each dawn offers a reset. Not by magic, but by structure. You decide today is its own complete thing, not a footnote to what came before. That decision changes everything.
Question for today
What would you do differently if this were truly the first day of your life?
Practice
Before checking your phone, sit for three full minutes and name one thing you notice about your immediate surroundings without judgment.
