Begin Again, Right Here
No matter how difficult the past, you can always begin again today.
The word "again" does not mean erasing what came before. It means setting down the weight you've been carrying and noticing what's in your hands now. This moment has no memory of yesterday's mistakes. Your breath doesn't apologize; it simply arrives, leaves, arrives again. The past is real, but it is also finished. What matters is this small, ordinary choice: to show up as yourself, now, without the story attached.
Question for today
What would you do first if yesterday's failures had no claim on you?
Practice
Name one thing you did well yesterday, then do something small today without mentioning either one.
