Life is already listening
Listen to your life. See it for the fathomless mystery that it is.
Most of us wait for life to announce itself before we pay attention. We assume the significant moments will arrive with fanfare. But listening means catching the small, ordinary reversals: the way your body knows it's tired before your mind admits it, the particular silence between two conversations, the exact second doubt arrives. This is not about finding meaning. It is about noticing what is already here, speaking in the language of small facts and small choices.
Question for today
What small thing did you almost miss this week that, if you had noticed it fully, might have told you something true about where you are?
Practice
Before lunch, pause and name one thing you did this morning without remembering it.
