Continuing When It Matters
She was unstoppable, not because she did not have failures and doubts, but because she continued on despite them.
Unstoppable is not a feeling. It is a choice made small and repeated. The doubts arrive anyway, solid as stones in your pocket. You notice them. You do not wait for them to dissolve. Instead, you turn toward what needs doing: the next breath, the next step, the next attempt. This is not courage dressed up. It is the quiet insistence of someone who knows that stopping would cost more than continuing.
Question for today
What would you do this morning if you trusted your ability to continue, not your certainty of success?
Practice
Name one thing you want to do today that you doubt yourself in, then do the first small piece of it before noon.
